About GIC

Established in 1981 to manage Singapore’s foreign reserves, GIC is a global long-term investor with well over US$100 billion in assets in over 40 countries worldwide. We work to secure Singapore’s financial future by investing across a range of asset classes in the public and private markets.

It will also be the first time investment clubs from NTU, NUS, SMU, and SIM collaborate with one another by fielding their Portfolio Managers and Senior Analysts to conduct the initial screening of submissions.

SMU-SMIF is SMU’s premier student-managed investment fund founded in 2005, and is Singapore’s first investment fund to be managed directly by undergraduates. Its sector coverage includes TMT, resources, real estate, consumers, industrials, and FIG.

Established in 2003, National University of Singapore Investment Society is a student initiative that provides the key platform for NUS students and other student investment enthusiasts to unite and expand their financial and investment knowledge.

INC is Singapore Institute of Management’s leading investment club. Founded with the mission to proliferate financial literacy amongst students, INC has over the years equipped over 1000 of our members with industry relevant skills through financial literacy talks, as well as boot camps covering quantitative investment and trading methodologies.
