Mark Ong
GIC - Head of Asia Pacific Equities

Mark Ong started and spent the first 10 years of his career with the GIC. He was a member of the Fixed Income Global Credit team. Thereafter, he spent 7 years in the private sector, including stints as Portfolio Manager in Alphadyne Asset Management, Managing Director in Merrill Lynch FICC Principal and CIO of Barker Investment Management. He returned to GIC in 2012 as a Portfolio Manager in the Asian Equity Team.
June Long Shing Yuan
GIC - Deputy Head of Asia Pacific Equity Research

Ms Long is Deputy Head of the Asia-Pacific Equities Research team. She has 16 years of investment experience in Asia. Ms Long joined GIC in 2002 as an investment officer. From 2004-2013, she was an energy sector analyst for the Asia-Pacific region while concurrently managing a sector portfolio. She has been voted by Thomson Reuters Extel surveys to be among the top buy-side individuals in the Asia-Pacific Oil & Gas sector, ranking 3rd in 2009 and 2nd in 2010. From 2013-2016, she managed an Asia-Pacific portfolio with particular focus on Asean. Since 2017, she runs a regional Asia-Pacific portfolio.
Sean Quek
Bank of Singapore - Head of Equity Research

Sean Quek, a Managing Director and the Head of Equity Research at Bank of Singapore, is responsible for the Bank’s overall equity research function. He is also a member of the OCBC Wealth Panel. Sean has more than 20 years of equity research experience. Prior to joining Bank of Singapore in 2011, he was the head of equity research for Singapore at Credit Suisse’s investment banking division. During his 14 years at Credit Suisse, where he was based in both Singapore and Hong Kong, he covered a wide range of companies from various sectors across Asia.
Lee Wee Liat
BNP Paribas - Regional Head of Property Research and Managing Director

Wee Liat is concurrently head of the financial institution group and the head of property research in BNP Paribas. He oversees a team of analysts covering Banks, Insurance and Property in Asia Pacific. Prior to BNP Paribas, Wee Liat was with Samsung Securities, as Managing Director, head of regional property research. He was Executive Director with Nomura from 2007 to 2010 heading up their China property research. In his career as an analyst, We Liat was ranked by Institutional Investors and Asia Money polls.
